All devices in contact with materials are made of stainless steel and non-toxic wear-resistant plastic, meeting the requirements of food and pharmaceutical packaging. Suitable for packaging powdered materials that are easy to flow or have extremely poor fluidity, such as monosodium glutamate, solid beverages, white sugar, glucose, feed, solid medicine, pesticides, granular additives, fuels, etc. The packaging speed can be infinitely adjusted within the rated range. Microcomputer adjustment of bag length: using coaxial photoelectric coding control, the bag length is set by the microcomputer, which has the characteristics of accurate bag length, easy adjustment, simple maintenance, and reliable operation. Double channel temperature control for heat sealing: The temperature can be pre-set through an intelligent temperature controller, ensuring accurate temperature control and suitable for various packaging materials. Good thermal balance ensures sealing quality. Photoelectric automatic positioning system: using unique photoelectric positioning technology, it can ensure the integrity of bag making patterns for packaging materials with color codes printed on them. Stepless adjustment of filling amount: using coaxial photoelectric coding, achieving stepless adjustment within the rated range through microcomputer control.
